1. Standard fare for domestic politicians that say forbidden things.
Like "firebrand", "militant", "extremist", "radical", "leftist" etc. for foreign leaders (of any political persuasion, mind you) that question US hegemony. With domestic politicians, they are nuts, with foreign ones, they are Commies, and sometimes they are nuts also.

There is no rational argument that Bush ought not to be censured, nay impeached and then tried and locked away, hence the argument must not be allowed to occur.
