I am always astounded when I hear the "Bush wants to hold onto the presidency" meme. Where is the evidence that he even wants to hold onto it until the next election?

Once it stopped being fun, flying around on Air Force One, being cheered by the crowds at every speaking event, Bush wanted out - just like he's wanted out of every other failure he's brought upon himself throughout his sorry life.

I suspect he has an advent-style calendar at the Hellhole Ranch, where he opens a little door each day leading up to his leaving office - and behind each door, instead of the traditional chocolate candy, there's a little bottle of Jack Daniels.
