Reply #1: Another right-wing rant from Lew Rockwell's site

Personally, I strongly disagree with most Jarvis's crap, since I think:

the Marshall Plan helped create a stable western Europe after WWII;
that Earl Warren was a great SCOTUS justice;
that Brown v. Topeka was a great SCOTUS decision;
that civil rights legislation is good and necessary;
that the War on Poverty made important progress before the right-wingers started to disassemble it;
and that the extreme states' rights view of (article author) Jarvis has been thoroughly discredited.

I'm not sure why this bilge being posted on a site for progressive Dems. It's true Jarvis eventually disses the Patriot Act (which is all to the good, since the Act should have a wide spectrum of enemies) but what he says about the Act is vague and garbled.
