HELL NO HE CAN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, he's seriously messed up. It's not from "guilt", since he has no sense of shame. The man is simply very much into himself. He even broke down and cried once when talking about how he worked his way through college. That no doubt occurred some years before working multiple jobs became what is now -- a basic survival strategy, no thanks to Mr. Boehner and his ilk.
