There is no likelihood any provision of the Affordable Care Act will be repealed. Republicans simply don't have the numbers. The Senate will block any repeal. Even if 13 Democratic Senators somehow do vote for a repeal, it would not get the President's signature and there is no chance for a supermajority in either house of Congress.
It's a good thing the morons are going to read the Constitution because they may finally realize their goals are impractical. Though, the more they try to pass these types of bills will only help us in 2012.
