He essentially implied that voting Kerry in the White House would guarantee a terrorist attack in the U.S. To make that kind of a statement, you would have to know that there won't be such an attack while Bush/Cheney are still in the White House between now and the elections.
What does Cheney know that he can make such a bold prediction? Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but something smells putrid about his ultimatum. Does Dick have connections with terrorists? Does the Bush administration orchestrate terrorists and tells them what to do and when?
