Why Hillary Clinton would be the perfect Pres. Candidate

1. She has nothing to hide. Every possible, minute thing she has ever done her past has been dragged out and investigated to DEATH. People are sick and tired of hearing about Lewinsky, watergate and travelgate. Nobody cares about these except the Rush Limbaugh Republicans. And continually attacking her for things that have already been proven false will only hurt the Republicans.

2. Since Eleanor Roosevelt she was the most active 1st Lady in the White House. No one can deny that she got a vast amount of Executive Branch training in the Clinton Administration. She is comfortable in the White House and she is comfortable being in command.

3. Everywhere she goes the cameras follow her. And the media is in love with her now. Remember how things changed after Monica and she got her "$20 Haircut". Since then when is the last time you've seen a negative story on her besides on Hardball. (Darn that Chris Matthews!!) SHe is unintentionally glamorous and gets more press attention even now than most of the Presidential candidates. She's a darling of the media.

4. She is POPULAR! She is wildly popular in NY. I was just there and even my Republican friends have to admit she is a good Senator. The Democratic base loves her. Women relate to her. Minorities know that she is with them. And let's face it Democrats today need to court all women and minorities because it's just too costly to move so far to the middle to accomodate "office-park dads".

5. She is a brilliant politician. That trip to Afghanistan... Political play of the year! She reminded America that we are losing the peace in Afghanistan. She knows what to say and when to say it. She knows everybody there is to know. And if she ran the primary race would probably be nothing more than a coronation.

6. She is a great fundraiser. HILPAC (Sp?) is one of the most successful PAC's there is. And with Bill working tirelessly to raise money I think she could out-rase most of her prospective Republican opponents.


What she needs is grassroots support. That's why I want to get something going now. My main concentration right now is to get Clark nominated and then after that to get the nominee elected. But we have 24 hrs in a day people! So please PM me and tell me if you can help.

ANYWAY... besides the call to arms, I would love for anybody to rebuttle my arguments.
