Bush's WMD Joke at the press dinner

I am paraphrasing what I saw on Hardball. Bush is standing at the podium. A slide on the screen is shown of a man (supposed to be Bush) looking behind a piece of furniture. Bush says something like, "maybe the WMDs are over here" and you see the slide. Bush says, "Nope, not over there." "How about over here?" and a new slide shows the guy looking under a table or something.

Bush laughs. The press laughs. Later Bush makes a few other missing WMD cracks.

I wonder what the 9/11 families think about the Joke. I wonder what the guys at Walter Reed are thinking, you know, the ones with missing limbs.

I predict that this is the biggest blunder Bush has made in the campaign to date. The arrogance, insensitivity and just plain ignorance is beyond description.

Move On has new ad material. And so does Kerry.
