Lieberman is running the dumbest campaign ever!

I mean, someone please explain this to me. Does he not realize he is trying to get the Democratic nomination? Yet he goes out and endorses school vouchers! Geeez. A campaign strategist I know down in DC told me that he was trying to get the swing voters. Well they don't vote in our primary. Does he not know the steadfast rule that you run to the left or right (depending on your party) during the primary, and then to the center in the general election (and our candiate will run to the center, even Dean, I bet DK might also, but he won't get the nomination anyways.) Also he said he thought Lieberman was trying to appeal to a population which is growing more conservative (and it is), but even in a genral election I dont see this working. It is one thing to be more conservative on forgein issues (people want a strong cnadiate on national defense, and this will be an issue that could sink us,) but to endorse Republican ideas in education and other domestic issues? What reason are u giving the people to vote for you. Your the same thing. He is really an incompetent campaigner. (note: I know many people here have a problem with him but I am more interested in people's reactions to his strategy than his policies, their are hundreds of other Posts I can look on and see him called all sorts of nast names.)
