They're all navies. They operate on the open sea, and during certain times of the year, the weather is unsuitable for these eercises, so I don't think it's remarkable that all nations do this around the same time of the year.

But it's disingenuous to say it happens all the time on this scale.

With the exception of the 7 carrier group deployment, there's nothing unusal about this. I don't see any info there that suggests anything unusual.

I'm not saying you're about there being something going on. I'm just saying that they military exercises described above are not enough to believe that there is.
