Until someone composes it for him, he doesn't know what he "thinks".
I wonder how he found out? Suppose someone wrote it on the memo of a big campaign donation check?
OOOH...just saw the taped statement. Hey Junior, it's not a "rolling" blackout. (This guy just collages together boilerplate phrases without the least sense of what they mean.) He looks bewildered, twitchy, self-conscious and totally lost. Couple that with the bad bookcase in the background and the fact that he's radically overlit and it's flaring badly, and he looks just not-ready-for ANYTIME. Oh, yeah, he's said so all along (about the grid meaning to be modernized) hasn't he? How can anybody be fooled by this nobody? How?! Must...stop...must...get...back to work.
Hey guys, is he ripped again? Geez.
Note to self: buy barfshield for keyboard.
