For those that dismiss the loss of high tech jobs in Texas, the following graphic highlights how Dallas and Austin have fared in Bush's economy.
For those that are unaware, Dallas was the home to Telecom and Austin had become a second silicon valley. Both cities have suffered as the chart suggests. The chart is from the Dallas federal reserve web site www.dallasfed.org .  |
