3> Who the fuck cares what MM thinks. Downloading and uploading is a perfectly moral thing to do in a capitalist society. Don't listen to any of the argument that try and appeal to your sense of morality claiming that you are a thief because other countries around the world have determined that you are on the right side of the moral debate and thrown related lawsuits out of court.

IMHO the only thing to consider is the risk you face personally of doing this if you live in a country that doesn't allow uploading.
