Disliked him during Gulf war when in news briefings he dispassionately talked about war's progress, totally ignoring the death and suffering of Iraqi's. He could have done both and sounded more human.
He signed up to work for Bush when he knew what a scum Bush was/is.
He was booed at the Rethuglican Convention for talking positively about affirmative action. Then he went to work for those people.
He has been strongly opposed to gays in the military.
It was clear what he's about a long time ago.
