9. It's not the information per se
that is the problem. It is the misleading way in which it was released. If they had publicly released information that said that they learned that three - four years ago, Al Quaeda was casing theses places, and that they don't know whether they are still doing so and that people in and around these places ought to keep their eyes open that is one thing. But to put it out with an increase in threat level that causes everyone to act like an attack will happen this week is misleading, and intentionally so.
