Huh. And here I thought it was a head-fake -- that the alert was based on disinformation fed to US intel with the objective of diverting us from Qaeda's real intention to hit the Republican convention and take out the government.

But if it were, it would be better stuff than that -- just another *Bushwa screw-up, looks like.
