is plain silliness. We should, all of us, consider every word, every phrase in the context of how it might be received by some wing nut somewhere? Ive not read the book as yet ,though it is on my list, but I would bet my last quarter, knowing Franken, that this supposed offensive cartoon is simply another straw man raised only to bash the book.....
The truth is what it is, humor is a useful tool in combatting the nut jobs and screw them and their sensibilities, I find their seriousness far more offensive than any parody......
