VNS is the network consortium that screwed the pooch so badly in FL and the rest of the country in 2000, the networks shut them down very quickly. Here is the company link

Hard to figure much from their web site. Looks like they did get a big contract from the Veterans Administration in 2002 whatever that's about. "TruthIsAll", our survey research guru, says they probably suck and he's never heard of them.
