Here are exact quotes from the emails:

"In the penultimate para you need to make it clear Saddam could not attack us at the moment. The thesis is he would be a threat to the UK in the future if we do not check him." (emphasis in original)

"First the document does nothing to demonstrate a threat, let alone an imminent threat from Saddam"

Now it may just be me, but the argument that Saddam could attack "in 45 minutes" seems to me to be a clear, flat out lie that had no basis of fact in their own intelligence and which was discussed AT length in the build up to the dossier's release.

Additionally they state:

"if I was saddam, I would take a party of western journalists to the Ibn Sina factory or one of the others pictured in the documents to demonstarte there is nothing there. How do we close off that avenue to him in advance?"

Which also reeks of falsified evidence. Blair is in deep shit.
