I haven't read it, but I hear "The Hunting of The President" is a good book to read on the topic.

It was at least one case where a republican congress completely assaulted and slandered a president to the point where I see people say "I hate him/her" of the Clintons, and they have no response when I ask "Why".

I already know the reason, thier television told them to hate them. I didn't like the Clinton presidency, but these people, and those repbulicans, are just fucking insane.
