My point is, no one can prove when or where these pictures were taken.

I think it is criminal in any case that these people suffered this fate, but as in any case like this, I need facts in order to make a judgement call. No one can tell me that American soldiers did this, without proof. It is as simple as that. I am not ruling it out, I just want proof, and not speculation.
