According to an AOHell message board, the two aforementioned US Senators are to blame for the Troops not having the right equipment to do their jobs because they voted against the bill that would fund the Troops!? The ignorance of the repuke base never fails to amaze me. Oh and Clinton was also blamed. :wow:
