2. abstinence is taught
and it's shown to have no effect on sexual behavior, other than those who seek abstinence only education are less likely to use birth control when they do have sex.
Not only that, some of the programs deliberately spread misinformation. When are they going to figure out the well-being of their children is more important than ideology?
