Condoms aren't 100%--no form of birth control is. Teens need to know that they'd better be prepared to raise a child with any person they have sex with--(girls can abort but boys don't get a choice)That should put a damper on the "Carnival".

There was a study of young Catholic women years ago to determine why their abortion rates were high. The majority chose to avoid using birth control because it's a sin every time you use it, whereas an abortion only counts for ONE sin, versus several. It's all in the numbers.
