are also selling the Chinese the Aircraft Carriers they need for blue water naval operations (and power projection), they are nuclear, and though they are not too adept at Carrier operations, the operative word is YET. It will take them at most 15 years to learn all we leanred in the last sixty.

They are also selling them the Naval Fighters that you need for them Carrier task forces.

No we are no longer the only kids in the block but Rummy is busy making our forces far more mobile and unconventional, while in the horizon rises a real conventional threat capable of projecting power.

I will also say that the cold war with the Ruskies has restarted... in full force...

And as a historian I see the patern emerging... heck I have used it for the fluff for a game we are writing... and I foresee some of the events I prediced in that book occuring, mostly out of need... as a tri power world emerges with us at the bottom. Only reason we are still a power... are them cute nukes.
