12. Well, we had the good sense to at least get voluntary publicly funded
elections.

IRV has come up before, but what keeps getting it smacked down is a) costs and b) election officials who don't want the extra work.

So it depends on whether or not we can convince the public that it would be a good thing to have in place, and whether we can sell it as being worth the money. And right now, our budget is tight, just like most other states.

Still, it won't hurt to try. :)
