I like to visit www.pabaah.com (PABAAH is Patriotic Americans Boycotting Anti-American Hollywood) from time to time, because the guy who runs the site is such a complete jackass that he borders on parody. (click the link above for a perfect example).

Anyhoo, today I saw something on that site that I felt I had to share with my fellow DUers. Right below a report from the 40 million dollar inauguration festivites, there was this:

Cancel The Academy Awards

In light of the fact that so much money is obviously spent promoting the Academy Awards, buying dresses and jewels, Hollywood should do the right thing and cancel this elaborate celebration. Money that would have been spent by Hollywood should instead, be donated to American military families who have lost loved ones or may be suffering economic hardship as a result of deployment.


And of course he has no idea why this is fucking hilarious.
