A staunch pro-lifer that didn't let it influence his job as SG. When Reagan told him to find that abortion results in medical and mental health problems, he came back saying there was no credible evidence supporting such a claim.
I saw a film of one of his appearances at a pro-life conference after he left the SG office. He told them, that unless they accept contraception, they will lose the abortion fight.
