4. How High Are the Darn Things?

The rigs have been evacuated, but based on what happened in the Gulf during Katrina, there could be a lot of damage out there. I haven't looked at topo maps for your figure, but wonder how high they are. Houston is at 50' above sea level. I would be worried about the ports. I also wonder what provisions are being made to increase production at other refineries, such as on the Pacific coast.
