a revival is when a guest preacher
usually a fire and brimstone you are going to hell unless you get saved guy comes and preaches 5 nights in a row to the same people who are supposed to already be saved. They then are supposed to be fired up and go out and spread the word.

OUR church (not my sisters) leaves me fired up each week without a revival or the fire and death doom and gloom...

OUr preacher teaches us tips to be great people with great outlooks
