3. Too Bad The Thread Was Locked ...
... as there were still some subjects to be discussed.

For example, I was asked about Sergio De Mello and to provide a link on his opposition to Bush. The following link discussed Bush's "alternative" to the Iraq "democratic option" that had been favored by those who opposed Bush:

http://www.google.com/scholar?hl=en&lr=&client=firefox-a&q=cache:ipRNl4X511YJ:www.opendemocracy.co.uk/content/articles/PDF/1579.pdf+Sergio+De+Mello+opposed+US+policies+Sergio+De+Mello+opposed+US+policies

"Tragically the UN has largely withdrawn. Before he was assassinated Sergio de Mello was attempting to encourage the democratic option. The killing and wounding of his team on 19 August 2003 deprived Iraq of its seabed for success."

In other words, Mr De Mello's death insured that peace was NOT possible and that Bush's war would continue. This is why the truck that carried that bomb into the UN compound on that fateful day was the only vehicle that was not inspected as was every other car, truck, mule drawn carriage, and others. Otherwise the bomb would have been found, Mr de Mello would have lived and the war would have been stopped a long time ago.

Note, please, how the controlled treasonous reich wing media has refused to report that truth.
