For once, I salute America's ultra-Draconian criminal justice system! We're number one! In incarceration rates! Now if only we could stay on this line, but expand it: release all those hundreds of thousands who are in for non-violent drug offenses, for example, and really go after the Annoying. People who drive slow in the left lane - the guy who does everything over speakerphone - the lady who pays for groceries with a check, everytime - Paris Hilton. With all the jailspace available in this great Republic, we could quickly arise to the broad sunlit uplands of the Good Society: by sending the Annoying to prison!
