There is also "extraordinary rendition," which I gather is really over-the-top blatant kidnapping, though I'm not clear on what distinguishes garden-variety rendition from the extraordinary kind. It's all extraordinary to me. The torture comes later, whien they are safely out of range of observation or control - word is, the kidnapping planes are quite comfortable.
