Any discussion therefore would be immediately shut off by the Repukes.

It's simple logic, unless we can win back Congress next year, then no matter how much we agree that Junior needs to be Impeached, unfortunately it's not going to happen.

As it stands now we don't have the numbers to force Impeachment resolutions. I'm sorry, but we must be realistic about this.
