On the whole Clinton broke the 4th Ammendment so Bush can too B.S. now running out of the DIAHREA MOUTHS of the RW, it's absolutely ridiculous. Here's why: If Clinton DID SUCH A THING, THE ENTIRE REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED CONGRESS would have IMPEACHED HIM IMMEDIATELY. End of story.

And that's beside the fact that Clinton's Exec. Order STRICTLY FORBID the listening in on U.S. Citizens. It was a re-affirmation of the FISA, NOT what Bush did. Oh and BTW, IT WASN'T A SECRET ORDER EITHER.
