Reply #22: I wouldn't be so concerned about Mexico

Somebody just stole explosives from a construction site in New Mexico. The stuff coming into our ports isn't being checked throroughly. Our longest open border is with Canada, not Mexico. And the secret wiretapping program was used 18,000+ times - that's a lot of terrorists already in the country (assuming you believe that Bush and the administration is credible in this, which they aren't).

So border security along the Mexican border doesn't really rank up there in our national security worries - it's nothing than another hate-filled talking point put our there and exaggerated by assholes like Limbaugh and Savage, only meant to distract us from the true enemies of this country (that would be Bush and his cronies).
