6. Slaves must do my bidding or be put to death
Workers have no right to complain about their situation, and certainly not strike.

Can there be a better expression of the unfettered free market than a cabbie getting what he can out of a sticky situation? Why does Bill hate entrepreneurs so; is he some kind of Communist?

What a loser, privileged asshole. He grew up well-off, denies it repeatedly, and demands to be some kind of aristocrat at the expense of others. Threats of death are serious, and to make them over something as paltry as money shows true ugliness of the soul.

Reactionaries are increasingly calling for people who annoy them to be killed; what next?
