Trying to catch lurking freepers sounds a lot like a witch hunt. Looking for key phrases can also be deceiving. I have found that the best way to catch a lurking freeper is to hit the alert button and let the mods and Admins make the decision.
According to the rules of this site, this is the proper action to take.
