15. Don't you think their whole modus operandi is to be above the
law? Right from the anointment of Bush by the Supreme Court through the suspension of the Geneva convention, and now down to this. If we don't start pulling these people into court and charging them with treason and contempt of the law, you can be sure, even if Kerry wins in a landslide, they will just say the election isn't valid during the war on terrorism and refuse to budge. What then? Do we just roll over, like the Reich-stag did and stop convening Congress like the Reich-stag stopped meeting? I am somewhat fearful that this could happen.
