Their pattern is much like W's: "We never apologize because we never do anything wrong." :eyes:

My mother (and most of the rest of my family) is a ultra-right-wing fundamentalist. My brother is an Ayn Rand objectivist. I tried talking to him once and he sent me an article about Kerry from Newsmax. You can't argue against willful ignorance. It's just not worth it to my mental health.

I've totally withdrawn emotionally from everyone. It's so much easier this way. I still interact with people, but I don't invest my emotions. I'm much happier spending time in nature ALONE than I am when I'm around people. It's safer.
