If so, she's fucked.

"Right to Work" is a misnomer. It comes from the idea that workers have a "Right to Work" without having to join a Union.
What it actually is is a "Right to Capriciously Fire" for Employers. Don't like your politics? you're FIRED. Won't sleep with me? You're FIRED. I got heartburn and you're smiling? You're FIRED.

And the state always takes the employer's side. All the employer has to allege is sub-standard performance or insubordination.

Gaddis is SCUM. Probably trying hard to earn a Bush Pioneer spot.
