So tired of Right wingers trying to label Democrats as Liberals as if it is a four letter word. Personally I see nothing wrong with being a Liberal if being a liberal means caring for your fellow man and for ones country and the values that this country was founded upon.

As for those activist judges they are the ones who continue to up hold the Constitution, unlike the Republicans who try to re-write the constitution to fit their agenda.
