195. Oregon is THE most insular state in the nation
If you weren't born in Oregon, they don't want you. The signs on the state line should read "Welcome to Oregon. Now go home."

If I was in your situation, I would look very hard at Vancouver, Washington. It's right across the Columbia River from Portland, so if you really want to go down to Portland and get lost on their shitty expressway system you can, and it's not in Oregon so you don't have to put up with those crazy fuckers.

Where would I move if I were in your situation? Issaquah, Washington. It's close enough to Seattle that you can go there when you want (it's on Interstate 90, which terminates in Seattle), but far enough away that you're not dealing with Seattle traffic all the damn time. And there is a place in Issaquah that makes the best fudge in the world.
