9. The usefulness of prayer for the sick has been
debunked years ago. Studies indicate again and again that there is no difference between people who get prayed for and people who don't. What does make a difference are people with connections to other people. People with strong social networks tend to do better. A lot of those people have others praying for them thus the unsubstantiated correlation. But as we have seen with other obvious scientific facts, repukes will believe any useless piece of superstition in order to promote their lies.
