1. Bush doesn't want to simply slip out and go to the restroom. He wants a BREAK. In other words, he wants the entire UN session to stop until he gets done doing his business.
2. Isn't BOLTON the UN guy? Shouldn't Bolton be answering questions about UN protocol and such? He's sitting right there. Condi is just as much a guest as is Bush. Is Bush afraid to ask Bolton about using the bathroom?
3. Shouldn't the president be able to make an executive decision of this magnitude?
