42. I believe elderberry is a no no with this flu
This flu is NOT like a normal flu.
Here is a website with some herbs researched with pros and cons.

I have researched ginger and it has anti TNF-a properties too and would help.

Also a doc has written a pdf for his patients with lots of good info towards the end of the doc on home care for those stricken with this type of flu.
