Before everybody get blown out of shape here. Let the investigation tell the whole story. There were numerous civilian witnesses, there was a video that needs to be looked at in it,s entirety, not just certain little snips. From what i seen, 2 of the officers should be wearing recording devices. As for the producer who got pushed back out of the way, that was his fault, never interfere with an investigation or arrest, he knew better. As for the not drinking in 25 years, why did he refuse a sobriety test? I've made many arrests for DUI, having someone tell me they wasn't drinking, or haven't drank in years, is not uncommon, about 75 to 80 percent of the people i dealt with would rather lie, than tell the truth.

If the investigation proves the officers used unnecessary force then they should be relieved of duty, and possibly jailed. OH, and for those who think a 65 year old man can't hurt you, don't fool yourself.
