If you look at the other billboards they have at the link provided on the original post, and also look at the things the organization claims to value (at the bottom of the page) you will see that "Diversity" is one... I "read" this billboard as meaning that we are united as a nation, not necessarily united in our viewpoint. It is unfortunate that they chose a blonde white kid though...I think it does make it possible to look at it as though it's promoting blind allegience to the state... Just MHO...
