Maker's Mark most of the time, Knob Creek if I want a little more kick (100 proof vs 90). Basil Hayden's is pretty damned good, too...rather spicy, and a bit different from your average bourbon (comes from the use of rye in the mash).

Of the second-rank bourbons, Ezra Brooks is probably the best, but I generally drink premium stuff, because, let's face it, it IS better.
