you cd leave a few building materials, w/ 10# nails driven through them, around your work site. good for shoes & tires. maybe you shd "support" your signs w/ guywires strung to nearby trees or pegs in the ground. hard to see in the dark.

so i'm a vindictive bastard.

motion detector, bright lightss &/or a screamer shd do the trick, but a pain if there are stray dogs in your area.
